Default AN-R Header right for me?

I've been lookin to hop up the old B16B for the spring/summer season, and now that shes running nice I think I'm going to get a header. I've been researching for a month, literally. I think I'm going with the AN-R header, but I just have a few questions about it. Will the gains be noticeable enough over the CTR header for the $530+ I'm going to spend? Also, does this delete the cat?(dumb question I know, I think so?!?) And does anyone have any b16a/b dyno's with this header and with moderate bolt ons. I've searched and I haven't found much of this information, and I can't view any of the pics in the comparison threads, so I don't know about the numbers. Thanks in advance.
