ok so i was wondering about the spoon cam gears are they worth it? im going to build my head right now so that it will be compatible with turbo and na so that until i turbo my car with the gsr block in it, the head will give my car some more power. anyways i was wondering what cams and cam gears will make the the most increase and are compatible with turbo and n/a?

 

Spoon cam gears probably make the most BHP. The plug wires are worth alot too.
