i'm going to paint them though, so not really worried of the finish on the plastic, just want to make sure they work and won't break if a fly lands on them.

when you have a car that comes with power mirrors, getting manual mirrors is like moving backwards.
plus when you let someone else drives your car the always move the mirrors. its a pain with manual mirrors.
if I cant get the carbon fiber ones in power I may buy some ebay ones and get them covered in carbon fiber, or just paint them to match my car.
yeah I think I am just going to get the ebay ones in power, and paint them to match my car because carbon fiber mirrors also makes the car look like a dx also looks backwards.

I had knock off spoon mirrors and thought the same thing, "Who cares about power". Although at least for me the main reason I dig it is because usually when some douchebag in a raised truck or someone with really bright lights is behind me I adjust the mirror so the light isn't right in my eyes. When I didn't have power I was like great... ehh just my 2 cents. I was shopping around for some new mirrors and was looking for power ones too.
the thing is I am so undecided if I should get them at all now, because in carbon I think they will make the car look like a dx. and I hate unpainted mirrors.
if I get the normal ones and paint it the color of my car, I am not sure how they would look on the car either way.
plus I like my folding mirrors for when people bump into them or I hit something they fold instead of breaking. and being in Germany small streets they get hit alot.
but thats not the point. I want to see how they look I wish I know how to use photoshop,
I wanna see my car with all these carbon fiber parts on to see what is nice, and whats not.

I used to adjust my mirrors the same way to avoid headlights, but with the blue tinted glass dims down the light alot.

Guys question on the mirrors got a set of spoon mirrors for my 99 ek coupe since the mirrors don't come with the handle to adjust the glass. if i put the stock inside mirror covers on there it will have a hole in there for the adjustment arm. anywhere i can get a block off plate without the hole there or can anyone suggest something. thanx.

jdmshit.com got sum real nice ones. and plus u can actually see in them. i had ebay ones and u cant really see threw the pass. side one. IMO jdmshit.com got nice ones 65 ship'd
I believe tom @ camp1320 has a few sets still in stock...no idea i they were real CF or just CF style
I also bought the jdmshit ones. I have them on my 91 civic sedan. They were for a crx but they fit the sedan, just had to drill an extra hole.
The visibility is good, and they also come with the blue tinted glass to reduce glare.
