mine is a D16y8, not a z6..but it does have what JDM_Frijoles is pointing at. i'm guessing it's a V-TEC..right??

You guys are all leaving out the most important part of the vtak... the skeetering valve which is located inside the vtak solenoid, remove it and 10more whp will occur!

You should always clean ur vtec by removing the three bolts on top and the three bolts on the side where the finger is pointing at. Then u need to get some Vtec cleaner from any auto store. Please do not use any other spray like carb cleaner or brake cleaner on the vtec solenoid. U only can use vtec cleaner.
