Default Will my ls/vtec hold 9psi?

I was just wondering if my stock rebuilt b18a bottom end with a GSR head with all stock internals could hold 9psi with a t3/t04e? will the rods be strong enough? can the pistons handle that much heat? possibly just maybe put in tuner toy rods?

I wouldn't recommend it. Not so much the head is a problem but stock bottom end is. Just my 2cents
