reprogram ecu?

Default reprogram ecu?

how is it that you reprogram your ecu. like when you do something new to your car you gotta have the key in the switch then take off the battery something like that im not sure, let me know please. many thanks

its just resetting the ECU. all you have to do is disconnect the battery.

i thought it had to be with the key in the ignition or something?

the rite way to reset your ecu. you take out your clock radio fuce in the fuse box under the hood. u just take it out 4 about 30 sec.

What would that do to your ECU?

And why wouldn't disconnecting the battery reset it then?

There is no reason to do this at all.
Unless you like to reprogram your radio.

read the manual..... take out the clock radio fuse to reset the ecu... do some research before u act like u no somwthing....

yes both ways do work buts its a hell of alot easier to do it that way. and that is considered the rite way...

There is no reason to reset the stock ECU. It will not improve performance. It will only ruin mileage for a day or two.
