Default H22a into a 94 Integra LS - Just a few questions - Need clarification

I know that this is the same as the EG swap in the FAQ, but I am having a hard time weeding through the 100+ pages of comments, discussion and BS in that thread. I just have a few questions that I am hoping you all can help me out with.

1. I want to keep PS. What do I need exactly to do so? 97-01 pump and nothing else? Lines? Brackets?

2. I want to keep AC. What do I need to keep it? LS compressor? H22 Compressor? What lines? Brackets? Do I use the stock Radiator and fans?

3. I already have AVID mounts, are these any good? What should I expect from them?

4. I am using self made custom mounts with 90-93 Teg outer and 92-96 Prelude outers. Is that correct?

5. I am going to use the stock LS harness and modify it for the H22a?

6. I have to drop the car over the engine?

7. I have to trim the passenger tranny mount?

8. Rather than adding a resistor box for the Injectors could I run the H22a4 injectors instead? (they don't require a box) I would just have to change the LS injector plugs for the H22a4 injector plugs right?

9. I am running a chipped p28 so it will get tuned on crome

10. Is there anything I am forgetting here? Any advise recomendations would be great.

Thanks everyone for your help and please bump this if you read it.

1. I want to keep PS. What do I need exactly to do so? 97-01 pump and nothing else? Lines? Brackets?

for the integra since you have more room up front in the engine bay then a civic you can use the stock h22 92-95 pump or the 97+. To make the 92-95 pump work, you need do a little grinding to the pump itself (very easy) to make the integra ps line fit. If you what to use the 97+ h22 pump you need to have a 97+ prelude line (part the bolts onto the pump) braided/welded in place of the integra line. imo the 92-95 is the easyer route to go.

Here is a picture when i was using the 92-95 pump (im now using a 97+ since i needed more room when i raised my engine)

2. I want to keep AC. What do I need to keep it? LS compressor? H22 Compressor? What lines? Brackets? Do I use the stock Radiator and fans?

hcp makes a mount for the d-series compressor so you can keep you a/c in a civic. Unforantly there isnt a company that i know of that makes one yet for the integra. I bought a modded hcp mount from a user here on honda-tech that made it so the integra compressor would bolt up to the h22 engine. basicly all thats different is 2 out of the 4 mounting bolts have been moved to accept a integra compressor. I also heard the h22 compressor or d series compressor will work with some custom work.

3. I already have AVID mounts, are these any good? What should I expect from them?

avid mounts are not the best from what ive read (just from what ive read, not putting them down) I would invest in hcp or hasport

4. I am using self made custom mounts with 90-93 Teg outer and 92-96 Prelude outers. Is that correct?

yes, you could use 90-93 outers with 92-95 prelude inners for axles but i would suggest 89integra outers with 92-95 inners. seems to give good results and ive never had a problem

5. I am going to use the stock LS harness and modify it for the H22a?

yes.

6. I have to drop the car over the engine?

you can install it like that or drop it in from top (i put mine in from top)

7. I have to trim the passenger tranny mount?

yes, altho it depends which mounts you use. I think from what i remember with hasport you remove the passenger mount and bolt in there new one.

8. Rather than adding a resistor box for the Injectors could I run the H22a4 injectors instead? (they don't require a box) I would just have to change the LS injector plugs for the H22a4 injector plugs right?

not sure, but adding a resistor box is very easy.

9. I am running a chipped p28 so it will get tuned on crome

most people will run a p28, so they dont have to worrie about the knock sensor and egr, but i recommend a p72 or the stock p13 since you can keep you secondaries if its going to be a daily driver

10. Is there anything I am forgetting here? Any advise recomendations would be great.

Basicly, if you want it done right. Take it one step at a time and double check all your work. My swap took me quite awile since i only worked on it on the weekends and just took my time. I made sure to read up on everything and was prepared when i went to go touch .

Thanks everyone for your help and please bump this if you read it.

Should I use an Integra Radiator (planning to get an Aluminum if so) or is it possible to use a EG Civic half sized and still keep AC?

Thanks again

Im using a Fluidyne full size integra radiator with 2 slim fans infront of the rad. I also have a/c, p/s. With a halfsized rad you "should" be ok, but i cant really say for sure

Heres a photo of my engine
