Hi.. I have a 99Honda Civic SE with manual tranny. Where is the fluid dip stick for the tranny or does it even have one?

 

My y7 and y8 tranny's don't have one, so I'd say no.

I think only auto's have it.

 

How the heck are you supposed to check the fluid level then?

 

Yea for manual tranny's there are two plugs on the side of the tranny. to check it just take the top plug out, if its full a little bit might come out or it should be level with the hole. just make sure your taking out the right plug because if you take out the bottom one it will all drain out.
