Paintjob help
I am doing bodywork/colour change from grey to black on my 91 civic, now from what I hear and see some people prime the entire car and from wat I have been told there is no need to prime the car. I am just tryin to get some input from others as to how they would paint their car or have painted their car. thanks
You dont have to primer the car. Just wetsand the everything. That is if you have no damage. Try checking with Appearance / Cosmetic
They deal more with bodywork.

Well those spots would need to be fixed then primered, sanded, primered, guide coated, sanded, etc.
But spots without "sum cancer and very minor bodywork" would not need primer.
320 is kinda ruff for wetsanding the whole car with.
