Emissions failure inside.
So a buddy of mine from work has a 1991 civic LX and apparently failed emissions. This is what his papers read:
HC (gpm) Reading- 1.45 Standard- 0.80 Result- FAIL
CO (gpm) Reading- 24.6 Standard- 15.0 Result- FAIL
What do these two readings show need to be replaced/and or changed? Thanks!
