Default valve to piston clearance?

alright my setup is a ls/vtec with usdm type-r pistons and a built b16 head, and the head has been milled .020 of an inch now my question is will my valve to piston clearance be cool if i plan to run a stage 2 blocks type -B cam or will i have issues let me know thanks guys

It's not quite that simple. There are too many variables in play. If you do not verify the clearances for yourself, you risk the wrath of Darwin. Seek out the knowledge you need, if you don't know how. Learning how to assemble an engine correctly, is a lot less painful, and way more satisfying, than standing on the roadside, wondering how that hole got in your block.
