Default a few questions

I almost have everything I need for my LS/Vtec build, but I have a few questions before I even begin to assemble anything. I'll list my setup before the questions so here it is:

Top end:
GSR head-milled .020 over, and mild port and polish
JDM ITR IM and TB
Header with 2.5' collector (probably going to go with DC, because its inexpensive)
Toda Valvetrain and dual valvesprings
Stock valves
Toda Spec B cams
AEM Cam gears
B&M FPR
310cc injectors
NGK wires
NGK BKR7E-11 (did research and someone on here with a similar setup said these worked great)
3 layer headgasket

Bottom End:
B18B1 block
USDM B16A2 Pistons
LS or B16 rods
ARP rod bolts
Fidanza 8lbs flywheel
everything else stock in bottom end

Now onto my questions:
1. Is it ok to go with a 2 layer headgasket since my head is milled so much?
2. Appox. when do Toda Spec B's stop making power?
3. What would be a good redline/rev limiter point?
4. Will the stock valves work fine with this setup?
5. Which would be better for my setup, the LS rods or the B16A2 rods?
6. Any suggestions for my setup? keep in mind, most of the stuff I got for really cheap, so I'm still trying to stick to a bit of a budget...

Thank you in advance for any help and I look forward to reading the input!

NO on the b16 rods wont work at all and if you install rod bolts , which i hope you do, make sure to get them honed to standered size

With the bigger cams, I'd get bigger valves. Your lift and duration have increased, so bigger intake valves means more air/fuel
delivery into the cylinders, leading to bigger
exhaust valves to "exhale" the load. I don't
remember, but have you opted for higher
output fuel injectors? If not, that would also
be a good option for more HP. Good luck on
your build up, and keep us informed of your
progress.

get hondata or crome and get your car dyno tuned and u dont need to worry bout where to set your rev limiter or where the cam makes power to as long as u got a good tuner he will set your rev limiter where ever u stop making power cause there is no point in reving past the point u quit makin power...

and just stay with a oem ls head gasket

b16 rods will not work at all
