Weird idle & power loss
I have a '90 Accord EX. When the car is in park, it idles rough but when I put it in drive, it totally smooths out. When driving the car down the road, and I decide to
floor it, it downgears but all of a sudden it starts acting like it wants to stall until I
back off the gas, and then it recovers. It also does it when I'm in neut/prk and push it to the floor, it acts like it wants to stall out until I back off a bit. I looked at the air cleaner, and it's new, as is the dizzy cap and rotor, no vacuum leaks at least none I'm aware of and my check engine light comes on after a few minutes of driving it. We just bought this car a week ago from a car lot, but the motor seems strong, is pretty tight and doesn't make any noises like worn mains or clattery lifters. Any input would be great.[/B]

Nevermind, found out it's one of those damn 90-93 recall dizzy probs. Just
counted the "blinks" on my ecu after clearing all codes, and found out my
crankshast angle sensor is wiped out. It read 0 Ohms on F and B when it
should have been like 700 and something. Anyways, that part is inside the
dizzy, and can't be replaced. Anyone have a '90 Accord dizzy 2.2L for sale?
If so let me know plz...
Thnx
