Default JDM b16 & USDM B16a sensors

I drive a USDM B16a2 powered civic si, and I was going to buy a JDM 92-95 B16a long block, and have the long block sent out to be built for boost. My question is that because the car I drive with is has a OBD2 USDM B16, will I have problems with the car's wiring harness plugging into the 92-95 OBD1 JDM B16a motor when I'm ready to drop that in? sorry, I dont know much about swaps

The OBD1 B16A won't have the crank angle sensor by the crank pulley for one thing. Also the intake air temperature sensor is on the intake manifold on the OBD1 motor as opposed to the intake arm on yours. The OBD1 injectors and distributor plugs are different. So just swap over the intake manifold, injectors, and dist. from yours and either bypass the CAS at the ECU or swap oil pumps over.
