I have a 75mm throttle body and huge intake manifold , ill see if i can get a pic of them. anyways all vaccum lines are hooked up everything is there. i went with a aem fual rail because the pressure regulator was in the way and the injectors would not seat flush. now its all hooked up is starts and runs but it will not rev past 2500 its hits 2500 and stutters like its hitting a rev limiter . it ran fine befor without any problems so i dont beleive its a ecu problem as the tech sugested. Dont really know where to go from here any help would be beneficial thanks

im not sure what limp mode is ? I posted a link of a pic i know it wont help but at least you can see the manifold and thorottle body . sorry i dont use forums much ... what is (cel?)... ?
That looks like a nicely designed plenum on that manifold, who makes it?
CEL = Check Engine Light.
Limp Mode = Certain CEL codes will cause the car to go into limp mode, meaning theres a really low rev limiter + retarded timing and extra rich fuel mixture.

Gigantic square ports with stock sized valves are the hot ticket. Lets see, ive got a 3" opening at point A, and a 1.2" opening at point B. To flow more air, ill just open point A to 10" while leaving point B untouched!

nope none of that businiess is going on . it just hits 2500 and bounces like a rev limiter. i wish they could figure it out but as far as performance shops and tuners. here in minnesota they are not on every corner take what you can get in mn
Its obviously something electrical.
IACV and something else in the proximity are identical connectors. could have those switched. wouldnt be any obvious symptoms, just limp mode.
Get a multimeter and start troubleshooting.

if you are obd1 just plug in and see whats up! simple
if obd0 then:
not the FITV i dont even run one
it is the TPS
but the tps might not be busted might just need to be adjusted
also just to be certain get a new IACV it will smooth things out if it has gone bad
same "exact" problem has happened to me twice, both times it was something with the TPS
try taking the plug off of your tps, it wont get worse because its no good put it back on
take off your map sensor vacuum line, it will run worse if working put it back on
unplug your IACV wire clip, see if gets worse or not to see if it is working
then update us
