Default Which Koni Rear will work in my Civic?

Hello,

I have 1999 Civic SI (Canadian) (American Requivalent of Civic EX)
I am looking at the only retailers here that sell koni shocks and they tell me I need
KONI 8041-1152 Sport Sport Shock - Front
KONI 8041-1213 Sport Sport Shock - Rear
But they can't get 1213, there on backorder for months... So I am wondering will the 1153 work?

I even checked with a place in Toronto and they told me the 1213 is very hard to get. I'd rather not get used shocks.
Any idea what the difference is between the 1213 and 1153

I bought these H&R Springs from my friends Integra.
Will this work with the Konis on my car?

H&R 50145

I am worried about the rust. is it okay can i just sand it off and repaint or leave it as is or contact H&R for warranty replacement?
(Even my stock arent rusted like that...)

94-01 Integra or 92-95 Civic rears are the same, except the fork that slides over the rear lower control arm will have gaps in the side. Use about a 5 mm spacer on each side to keep the shock from moving around. I have run 96-00 rear shcks on many integras/civics, but you have to grind down the lower control arm bushing to get the shock to fit.

yup, Integra coils will work also...spring rates I believe are only slightly higher than those of the Civics...may need to check that out, but they will fit fine
