Default 98 Accord sedan brake lights out __not bulbs, not switch??

I don't know what the heck is going on? All three lights are out (two and the one in the rear window). I checked the switch the three bulbs and all the fuses in the three fuse compartments (driver side and pass side dash and engine compartment). The brake light in the gauge cluster is on too.*EDIT-that was the e-brake light in the cluster* What else is there to check?

Yup I checked all the fuses and they're fine! Didn't check any relays (do i need to?). I do have a multimeter. The switch is open with the pedal unpressed and closed (has continuity) with the pedal depressed. That eliminates the switch as the culprit right? Grounds are good at each bulb harness but no power to the brake lite wires. I have 12V at the switch harness, good ground on one wire, and somewhat of a ground on the other wire (was like 1.$%@ kOHMS when continuity is usually 0.000 kOHMs).
NOTE: My trunk light was always intermittently working, and dome light does not work on the "ON when doors open" mode, only the always on mode or off. May be part of the problem. ENDNOTE
Could you send me the schematic please? It may help me. Thanks for the help!!
