Default Get a lot of your failed parts replaced free by Honda

EDIT: I should specified that this is specifically for 96-97 models.

Honda extended the Emissions Warranty, which covers a LOT of components like egr, knock sensor, even trans control modules, etc. It was extended to 14yr/150,000 miles. In addition, if your vehicle has between 75,000 and 150,000 miles and you take it in because of a failed emissions part, they'll also change your plugs, wires, cap, rotor, oil + filter.

Basically all the common codes that our cars throw are covered by this warranty.

Here's the TSB:

I know they have had a recall for some stuff, dizzy stuff. They replaced it on my 97 sh model. But they replaced it and I still seem to have this problem that I've had since I got the car and it's been getting worse. My tach randomly jumps without the engine jumping sometimes and after about 4k rpms the engine misfires and the tach spikes in mostly all gears so I never get to enjoy vtec. I've been reading about it and I've heard all sorts of things that it could be such as trans control module, egr, ignitor and such. Since they wasted so much of my time and money I actually had to tell them to replace my ignitor but that didn't fix the problem. Any elaboration on what they will replace and what else could be my problem would be greatly appreciated.

Make them troubleshoot if you're within the 14yr/150k.
