I have NEVER heard of a "dual" Vtec solenoid. Show pics please. The OBD-2 and OBD-1 styles are identical also.

 

i thought one from a b series and one from a d series would be different?

i think he means an obd2 dohc vtec solenoid and an obd1 sohc vtec solenoid.

B series and D series ARE different, you are correct. But you didn't say "dual cam" or "single cam".. You said "dual vtec"... which I was questioning.
