Here's the actual calculations:

PR3 head/B18C Block

STD = 12.58636786521145
.25 OS = 12.649248792586258

P72 head/B18C Block

STD = 12.924594026551906
.25 OS = 12.989047869209281

You could switch the car over to E85 (85% ethanol is 106 octane) and run that compression no problem. The good news is that E85 is usually cheaper than 87octane gasoline and it makes more power than race gas. You just need 25% bigger injectors, and a dyno tune. You also loose 25% gas mileage...

car is strong and run ok with 91 but feels like its holding back a little. but with 100 it really shine and my gas mileage still the same when it was stock. also running in stock ecu.
