tokico hp-blues
depends on what springs you are putting them with! They are ok but with an aggresive spring like the Neuspeed Race ,which I have, only lasted 2 years.
But with something less aggresive they would be good. They are 15% stiffer then stock and they ride good. Handling is good but nothing like Koni Yellows!
7/10
Also I would go with the Koni Yellows since you are going to spend money just save a little and get the best!

I had these with tein tech S on my old hatch, loved how comfy the ride was...not as soft as stock, but much more forgiving than blown stock shocks on some cheap *** ebay coilover set.
I know have kyb agx (adjustable) shocks, and omni sleeve overs, with the right tweaking, it's almost as soft as the tokico blues...if you can afford it I would go with an adjustable shock so if it does turn out to be to soft/stiff you can just change the setting.

i have blue's on my car, they're ok... put the tein dress up masters on for coilovers... i dunno, if you're set on getting tokico's you might as well spend a couple mroe bucks and get the tokico white's that are adjustible
anyone know about the NRG full damper kit?

well anytime you're "dumped" you gotta understand the logistics behind whats going on with your suspension...
tokico's are more or less OEM replacements, and that means that the struts or whatever are relatively long, and compress or even bottom out really easily if you have your car really lowered
this is all speculation of course, but it kinda make sense if you think about it... struts or shocks or whatever that are designed for lowered cars most likely have the strut shortened to allow more play for a lower car to make it not so easy to bottom out (compressing the shock and spring enough for it reach the cap off point, probably where yours blew out)
so again i dont really know what im talking about, but for anything severely dropped, im guessing using OEM replacements wouldnt be the best idea

Blues are *roughly* equivalent to the ITR dampers. They will work well with springs like Tanabe GF 210's, which is what I used them with on my G3 Teg. I found them to give a firm but pleasant ride. They will tolerate an approx. 2" drop. Apparently people don't realize that not all shocks are made to drop to all levels and work with all springs... lol. Good luck to you.
thanx for all the info. so I have all stock suspension, what would ya'll guys suggest for a COMFORTABLE riding suspension(lower springs included please, I need to lower my car a few inches)?
