Default Not nub questions. help plz =) asap too

Ok, I can't believe I'm in this state. I've really never had to ask a question that I needed to know so badly and couldn't search for or look in a repair manual. So if you would, plz awnser me these Turbo Install Questions.

Car: 92-95 Honda Civic
Motor: B18B1
Manifold: Spoolin performance Log
Turbo: Percision SC34

Questions:
1. Why the hell doesn't the turbo want to clear my radiator?? After looking at it it looks like I may be able to loosen the bolts on the compressor part (or w/e its calles) and turn it, then tighten it back up.

2. If you can loosen and tighten what I just talked about in question #1, What do I torque these bolts too?

3. The more I look at this setup, the more I think this manifold is AC compatable.... If it is... I'm going to expletive KILL MYSELF FOR UNHOOKING ALL OF THIS ****

4. If this is a AC compatable manifold... Am I going to have to run a slim fan for this? If I do, how do I do that after the fan itself is actually what holds it into place on the car.

THANKS

Slim fans usually come with mounting hardware, almost like zip ties.

Loosen the bolts up, spin the compressor housing.

When you tighten them back up, make them "snug." I've never actually torqued them down. Just make sure they're good and tight.

As for the A/C part... yeah, it clears the compressor which is a good thing. For the fan, you should get a pusher and put it on the outside. That'll give you a bit more room.

Before you think about it all, remember you have to run a charge pipe in there too.

clock the compressor housing. I don't think there is a torque spec for those bolts, just do em up fairly tight

As for that part about the fan on the AC being on the otehr side... I don't see how thats going to work. I mean, the Intercooler goes there

you can usually slide a slim fan in front between the condenser and the intercooler, but from the looks of it, you might be able to put one [slimfan] in the stock location.

also, you may want to consider rotating your center cartridge as well as your compressor housing. your oil feed/return look well past vertical. just loosen the bolts holding the turbine side on the center part of the turbo, rotate and tighten back up. that side tends to rust together so a bunch of penetrating lube will help.
