adding vtec to a non vetc harness

Default adding vtec to a non vetc harness

could someone please tell me how to add vtech to my non vtec harness i just put a new jdm D15B motor in but have no idea how to make the vtec work please help

add a wire from ur vtec sol. straight to your ecu, blend it into your stock harness and u got urself a vtec harness

get a sub harness,
idono bout d series but for my b16
i had to get a cord for the knock sensor, 2nd O2 sensor, vtec silonoied, and vtec oil pressure, and the ecu needs to have a switch over poinet

add a couple of wires...
You’ll need to run the blue wire (or whichever color is from the plug) to pin D6, and then run the black ground wire from the plug to anywhere on the motor. You then need to run the green wire from the VTEC solenoid to pin A4.
