car wont start when hot
i've got a 00 si that will fire up fine when cold. if i drive it around shut it off and try to fire it back up it will crank and sometimes sputter and then die. anyone got any ideas? i thought it was the plugs so i pulled em and changed for for ngk's that are gapped at 52. any ideas?
More than likely it's something that is causing the car to think it's colder than it is and dumping too much fuel into the motor. This could be a lot of things. IAT sensor, O2 sensor...heck even a coolant temp. sensor could cause it (but a much less likely source) Are you throwing any check engine lights with it?
