Default OMG, another mini-me question (cam gear question)

So I've seen on several sites that to get proper timing (on a b1-z6), I need to get a y8 cam gear for my z6 head... Is this true? I will also be going turbo when i swap this in.

Thanks in advance

BTW, I've searched several times. I just want a confirmed answer.

I am not sure about the Y8 cam gear but you do need to get an adjustable cam gear.

I used the Y8 cam gear. But if anything I would go with a adjustable cam gear. Your going turbo, and I would say your going to get it tuned, Right? If you do everything that your saying. I would do things right way. Takes some weight off your mind knowing you did things right.
