I have a D15b Swap on my 1995 coupe.. issue with the jdm computer is that code 22 and code 19 comes up.. when i plug the 1995 EX.. P28 ECU.. gives me Code 3 and 41.. what could cause this issue.. any ideas out there. Please let me know.. im also running soo rich.. that i get about 14 miles to a gallon ... ZERO mods alll stock

I'm running a JDM D15b with a stock P28 ECU and I don't throw any codes and I get roughly thirty miles to the gallon.
