you would have to get an external Vtec controler like a VAFC

a vtec controller , for a good one is about the same price as doing a obd1 conversion from rywire.com. dont get a vtec controller i had one and i hated it! it is only good for tweaking (in my opinion) after you have vtec working with the correct ecu!

An auto p28 with an obd0-obd1 conversion harness from rywire.

Are you already MPFI? if you are, you can just use all your current hardware, you just won't have vtec.

I think you can use your stock ecu and chip it with turboedit and use the ac output to turn the vtec on.
