My 98 Accord LX 4-cyl has trouble with warm starts. Sometimes it's fine, but sometimes, when the key reaches ON, there are no cluster lights like normal. Then, when started, it catches, but immediately dies. I'm thinking it's a fuel delivery problem, but what can I check? The lack of cluster lights has me really perplexed.

I also have CEL flash code 67: Catalytic converter operating below efficiency.

 

the code 67 is unrelated.

it is probalby either an ignition switch problem (most likely) or a main relay problem.

There was a big recall on accord ignition switches, you cna sign up for owner link at honda website and see if your vehicle is affected

 

Thanks, man, that would be awesome. I got a letter in the mail about five years ago concerning an ignition switch recall. I just never got around to doing anything about it.
