make sure the area where the horn connects to the car is good. The horn gets its ground from being connected directly to the chassis and i had a bad connection once. So take your bumper off, unbolt the horn and scuff both surfaces with some sandpaper and make sure the power connection is good. Also while you got the front bumper off, stick a test light or multi meter in the positive wire and have someone hit the button, see if you got power. Maybe your horn took a ****.

if he has a 96-00 civic he'd just have to remove the grill. unless he has large hands. My horn buttons on my wheel never worked since i got my car. but a new switch was wired in. i've been working at diagnosing the switch not working and have come to it being the relay.

alright so I pulled the bumper of, disconnected the cable from the horn, used speaker wire to see if the horn was bad but it wasn't, as soon as I touched it to the battery the horn went off, I used a test light to see if I was getting power to the horn and no power, I checked to see if I was getting power to the fuse and I was, so any suggestions?

Grab a Helms and start tracing back the wiring. Best of luck with it. I hate trying to track down electrical stuff.
