Question about a tranny

I just picked up a 90 4 door civic and when i'm driving it pops out of second gear when you let off the gas. Anyone know what could cause that?

sounds like motor mounts or shift linkage..but change the tranny fluid 1st to see if that helps i doubt it ,but try it
