I've been waiting for a nice day to get this done, and today I finally did. I followed the guide on absoluteprelude.com for how to get the bumper off. Here's some shots of everything

This is a shot of one of the two spots where it doesn't bolt up. Didn't bolt up on either side, but is still in just fine

The other...

Everything together

Gaps on the edges aren't too bad

Overall these are fairly good pieces. They look good, use the same bulbs as your factory USDM headlights, and are just a bit cheaper than the true JDM's. However, there is a small amount of "custom fitting" that must be done to get these into place. If you want an easy plug and play, go with the true JDM headlights, but if you just want something cheap that looks good, these are for you
*also* Each one is about 2lbs lighter than the USDM headlights

Doesn't look too bad, although I would've gotten the clear corner aftermarket pieces instead of the amber.
Oh, did you remove that worthless intake resonator before you put your bumper back on?

Yup. Figured I should while I had the bumper off. Hasn't been used in over a year. Anyway, I had never removed my front bumper before, so including breaks, checking the guide, and just trying to massage everything on and off, it didn't take more than 2 hours. I also wasn't in a hurry since it was so nice out

Damn, not bad. Took me 2 days my first time. Now it takes me about 5 mins to remove it. It took me 20 mins to install my new fender :D

maybe that is why it didnt lined up.</TD></TR></TABLE>
That's what I'm thinking just from looking at the pictures I notice there's a lot of orange peal in your paint job, your car's been repainted.

The accident was only in the driver corner, passenger was uneffected. And if you check the previous thread about these lights, his didn't bolt up in all 5 places either
not bad...
during the day...i like the clear corners and at night the amber corners look best.
thats why i have amber led bulbs in mine...clear in the day....amber at night!

Well, I had to have the whole car repainted because the clear coat on the roof was peeling and it was spreading to the rest of the car. I didn't redrill any holes, I just only used the ones that lineup. 5 bolts is excessive anyway. They're perfectly solid with 3, the two upper and the one on the very bottom. I got them for Christmas, but they retail $175 shipped on eBay. $160 for them with clear corners. Also, here's the other thread
