auto radiators different than manual tranny radiators?
Yes, you can use an auto radiator in a 5-speed CRX or an Auto CRX. You can't however use a 5-speed radiator in an auto.

Dont have to, if it gets crud in there it wont matter unless you plan on getting an auto.

x2, they usually have little rubber caps on those tubes anyway. no problem.
