Put it on a tow truck, tow it to the tuner, break it in/tune it on the dyno.

yea that sounds like a good idea, but i dont want to tow it to the dyno only for something to be wrong with it(thats more time i got to pay for )....i at least want to start it up and check for leaks and take it for a test drive.....u know waht i mean

There are several guys on here that mod/tune ecu's and/or will burn chips for you with basemaps. If your ecu isn't socketed already, it will have to be anyways so get it off to one of those guys right away and send them your engine specs. They will socket the computer and use Crome to burn a chip for your motor with as close of a program as they have in their library to yours.

you could start her up if you have a widband hooked up. then check for leaks and that all you need to do

you should be alright(given that your chipped p28 has a base map applicable for your set-up).the motor will run but it wont be tuned. If your looking to break the motor in before dyno session, try your best to avoid detonation and keep an attentive ear(high octane/airfueling,ignition retard/map). hop ona wide-band and keep an eye on your mixture. check the condition of your spark plugs ina while too.

to me,your set-up is pretty agressive.

try to see if you can get someone to burn you a basemap and question what has been altered in the maps aswell(opt. for richer fuel maps and probably slightly retarded ignition maps for temporary).

Basically you wanna run the motor ,huh? The basemap is gonna be broad, even if it runs a little rich(poofs of black smoke),that'll be alright temporarily. Please tell me you've got a wideband??looks like your gonna need it.Good luck
