The note from my intake side is suddenly much louder. It is noticably louder around 3.8k and at high RPMs..6-7k it almost sounds like I'm running exhaust headers only. No exhaust leaks, also sprayed TB cleaner around intake manifold gasket with no change. I used a little of the TB cleaner and it didn't seen to stall the engine as much as it had previously. Before warming up today the exhaust sounded fine. After it warmed up it became louder again.

Two days before the problem occured I swapped my crank pulley for a EK9 CTR pulley. I don't see how that would relate to the problem.

Sounds like I'm getting a little more then average valve noise in cylnd 4. Could my valve be so out of adjustment that at high RPM I'm catching the combustion with an open intake valve?

The bottom end only has about 4000 miles in it, I only cleaned up the valves and had the head "degreesed" without takin valve assembly apart. Perhaps a valve seal just took a crap?
