Anyone running JUN 3s with oversized valves?
need to know if there are any cleareance issues (pistons to valves)... im using je 11.5:1 cr 81.5mm off the shelf pistons and my head (b16a) has oversized valves but the head is not milled... i should be okay right?

Sorry to bring it back from the dead,but i want to know if anyone can shine some more light on the subject.My head has 1mm oversized valves and i want to make sure before i could ahead and get some jun3's.
Wow thats pushing it,huh?I havent heard anything about not using o/s valves with jun cams but the skunk2 website says not to.How much oversized are your valves?

I also am running 1mm oversize valves in a b16A head decked .005 with JUN 3's and JE 81.5mm 11.5:1 pistons with no problems. Cams set at 4 degrees advanced.
as long as you know where your max adjustment points are you are okay.
also something to keep in mind, you need to replace the seats on the intake side
in order to use 1mm oversize valves.

Im running a gsr setup with JE 12.5 pistons and Jun3 cams but stock size valves
Im a bit leery about how far to set the cam timing past what Jun recommends which is 1.5 degrees of separation as per Don @ Jun USA.
