NorCal/Bay Area FG/FA Squad Meet...March 10th (Saturday)

PLACE: Dave & Busters in Milpitas
TIME: 2pm-5pm (For those not going to HIN at 5pm, its just in time for Happy Hour)

As most of you know, Hot Import Nights is coming to San Mateo on Saturday, March 10th.

HIN is from 5pm to 12am at the San Mateo Expo Center

I would like to see if any NorCal/Bay Area FA/FG owners would like to meet up the day of HIN (Sat).

I know HIN is not everyones scene, so just figure this as a relaxed meet to check out cars, take pics, and BS. Maybe anyone going to HIN could roll together afterward.

I have not posted this in the Event/Meets section because I know many more FA/FG owners come here.

HIN is not my thing. But I'm down to have a little FG/FA meet in the afternoon or what not. Count me in 2000EK!

Excellent. Yeah, this is totally seperate from HIN.

 

I've been to several SRO and honda-tech meets in Milpitas and Union City back in 2003. I'm not sure how "hot" are those places now (you know when dumb kids ruin good meeting spots by doing stupid **** and attracting cops). But here are a few suggestions:

Tapioca Express, Union City (by James Logan High School)
Union Landing, Union City (off 880 Alvarado Niles Blvd)
Q-Cup parking lot, Milpitas (off Dixon Landing Blvd)

Please feel free to add more to the list!

 

I think I have been to HT meet @ Tapioca Express in Union City awhile back too. I don't remember too much though.

I guess once we get a good list of suggestions everyone can decide what works best.

I am sure we have enough mature members that we can avoid any questionable behavior.

 

well, on that saturday, I don't get off of work until 5:30 (i work in sacramento) so i probably would be late to this meet... the plan IS for me to go though

is anyone familiar with highway 9 down in saratoga? it might be a little crowded on a sat especially if we have nice weather. it is by far the most fun filled stretch of road in norcal. along with highway 1

sounds like most people are up north a bit. how bout dave and busters in milpitas? get some lunch and then go somewhere from there

 

As long as my age does not scare anyone away, I could stop by. These events look (from the other meets I have seen) to be more geared towards the mid 20's group, but if you don't mind an old fart with a kids heart, I will show.

Roll the DA, its all good.

Dave and Busters is definitely another place to consider. We will get a few more suggestions and see where the majority would like to meet up at.
