i did the complete swap into my CRX with a 01 ITR dash (everything) and I would suggest not doing it. Not because I dont like it ( I LOVE IT) but it is such a pain in the *** to get that thing to fit in, along with custom brackets, and some bitch *** wiring to get everything to work including the speedo (from mech. to elec.) I moved the ignition to perfectly position the dash in the center of the car. If you really wanna do it I would be more than willing to help... but i'm just warning you before you get into something you might not finish..

Oh, I'll finish. The car is completely stripped and I have all the time in the world.
I'd love any suggestions you have. I have some fabrication equipment (tig welder, band saw, etc). I have the underdash wiring harness and the VSS.

how much would it run to do it professionally?? incase i didnt want to screw anything up......? i want to see pics, because my friend has a 2000 ITR and i love his interior... would love to see it in a CRX!! what about just the center part with the hand rest....
you get the electronic vss out of a tranny, take the cable vss out of your tranny, put the electronic vss in your tranny, then wire it up..power, ground, and VSS pulse.

dustin. as far as i was concerned, the dash/bezel cover didnt need cutting but you did have to fabricate brackets to make the cluster sit the way you do. as far as the wiring goes if you need i can get it for you.

I do need the wiring info for the dash too... I don't have the helm manual for the CRX, only the integra.
I already know how to do the VSS.
I have the CRX and Integra under dash harnesses already
I just need the pin outs for the CRX cluster...

There is a link to a PDF formatt Helms manual in this thread...https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=186149 ...you can look up the info you need here hopefully.
http://b16a.honda-perf.org/cluster.html has the chart i used to wire in my SiR cluster..there are a few differences but you should be able to figure them out. that chart should give you the CRX info you'll need..you can also look at the back of your crx cluster and trace each individual pin to the light/function it does..then look at the teg cluster and figure out where everything goes

Hey MackyMCG,
Could you post up another picture of your ITR cluster setup with more light, so there is a little more detail in the corners by the fuel and temperature gauges? Also, which cluster cover did you use, the 88-89 or 90-91?
