What to do while motor is out?

So I pulled my B16A out today so I can paint my engine bay and I was wondering, since it's out what can I do to it? I know I can do timing belt and water pump. What else? I'm talking about what kind of maintenance I can do to the motor that will be harder when its in the car.

Are you talking about just appearance stuff?

I mean theres a shitload you can do to the motor while its out. Depending on how much $$$ you got.

Is anything wrong with the engine? If so, you can do a rebuild.

mine is out right now.. im doing water pump, timing belt, front and rear valve seals and oil pan gasket

are you talking about the engine or the bay? I think you should shave the bay and paint it some ballin *** pink color and then a wire tuck.

So why is the motor out? Since the motor is out you might as well...

REPLACE
- Oil pump/oil pickup
- Timing belt/water pump
- Rear main seal
- Crank seal

So later on down the road you won't be mad when your seals start to leak. I'm sure there is more you can do, but these are things that should be taken into consideration.

I just want to do some maintenance on it while its out.

you can take picutres of yourself sitting in the engine bay of your car.....doing goofy things...that's what my friends and i did when his engine was out....

lol classic honda tech, what can i do maintence wise to my motor while its out, people start listing pit the block, valve cover, shave, engine bay lmao gawd

front and rear valve seals guy? what the hell, valve seals (there are 16 of em) are acutally needed to be pressed in and out of the head

you tlking about crank seals? rear main, and front crank seal?
