instructions on removing the things i may need to replace or repair like the head the waterpump- n e thing like that- i got the book but anitfreeze blew up on it- long story...

this was the whole deal man- I was driving to pick up 1 fat five as my spare and my car started overheating- the freakin radiator resivor started looking ugly so i thought flush my radiator- so i did- then all of a sudden took it for a test drive and it started blowing out grey smoke out my tailpipe- sumtins up with my water pump or sumtin under the tb cause gunk and build up keeps on showin up there i cant find the leak if any... then im starting to remove the cam gear cover and all that(im not really sure how to start the water pump replacement) with the head and i see the milk shake- so im thinkin blown head gasket...

i think you would rather read my poem than this story hahaha

Worst case scenario, but not out of the question. If he had overheating and rough idle problems, I'd start with the headgasket. Although it sounds like he screwed it up even further by having it overheat repeatedly.

Ok , now it makes more sense , short and to the point !
You got yourself a blown head gasket , key words in this is grey smoke and milky oil........ I found this TSB from Honda updating the torqe specs , this replaces the sequence and specs in the manual. http://www.hondaworkshop.com/misc/97-047TSB.jpg
Get another helms manual but use these updated specs from honda.
Dont forget to replace your timing belt and water pump while your in there , better to do this now why you have it apart.

Hope this helps,
Peace.

I'd also suggest replacing thermostat and rad cap...since they could be causes to a blown headgasket and arn't to expensive to replace....

If you overheated, chances are you may have a warped deck/head....
