Default Hasport Press release New Product for K-series...

Hasport is now selling the long awaited (it's about damn time) manifold adapter plate. This plate allows you to use the RSX Type S, DC5 Type R and EP3 K20 intake manifolds on the TSX and Accord K24 engines. It can also be used to mount the Jackson Racing Superchargers for RSX and EP3 on the same engines or the new 06-07 Civic Si. MSRP is $149.

The water bypass comes tapped for use with the K-series Air Assist Valve, but we have installed a 3/8NPT to 1/8NPT adapter for use with the water temp sensor from a D, B, H or F series engine. This is for engine swapped cars that need the water temp sensor to drive the water temp gauge.

K20 intake manifolds on a K24 head. On the K20 heads the coolant passage(like which Hasport has on their piece) is a seperate piece which is bolted onto the head itself. On the K24 intake manifolds, that coolant passage is actually included on the manifold. If you were to take a K20 IM and put it on the K24 head, you'd have to fab up the coolant passage yourself, or maybe try and fit a unit from the K20, though I don't believe that piece from the K20 would fit the K24.

Understand?
