What do you mean Take it out, do you want the ENTIRE system out ( Condensor, Lines, compressor)?

OR do u just want to take the compressor off, My guess is that you want to do this so you can try and gain horsepower, or you want to put on a turbo kit that needs the a/c to be removed...

theres gonna be two blue tabs on top of the air condition unit. twist off those tabs, and its gonna look like a pin like off your car tire, then take a srew driver and push it in there slowly and all the refrigerent will start too come out, wear some goggles and a glove. then all the other stuff is cake from there, just need some simple tools, wrenches ext....hope that helps

cheers for that B16, but surley there is more to it then that? ive been told about a box of some sort at the back of the dashboard that has to come out and when that is removed you loose the airvents! i.e no air blows out of them! what about any wiring looms?

thats not legal to just let refrigerant out like that man.... take it to a shop and have all the fluid taken out... then just loosen all the bolts on all the lines and take off alll ur a/c crap.. that simple..
