Don't really know about BEST weight, but I'd imagine the heavier the better, I may be wrong, I bought a TWM performance shift ****, 600 grams, that combines with ss + bushings= smooth shifting.

I would imagine that the stock one is properly weighted but a slightly heavier one may make things feel smoother. Skunk2 or CircutHero would be my first choices.

It doesnt have to do with just the weight...it also has to do with shift **** height.

Some people complain if they have a really low short shifter with a heavy ****, some people complain if they have a stock shifter with a lighter ****, etc. It's personal preference, but in general, a heavier **** means you feel more solid in your shifting.

I agree, something that is about 600 grams or 1 1/2 lbs.

can anyone take a pic of the bottom of the skunk2 shift **** and circuit hero. I want to see how deep the threads go and where the threads actually start.

i just took my stock shift **** and the thread starts right at the bottom...i was wondering if any other shift **** started inside the actual ****.
