Decal removal. Who's done it?
Going stealth (somewhat, being CW and all) with the ITR. Whats the best/easiest/fastest way to remove the 'Integra Type R' decals. heat gun and plastic blade? chemicals? special tool? any help would be neat-o

I used a blow dryer to warm up the stickers and then peeled it off with my fingers. To get rid of the sticky stuff behind it I used "Goo Gone" and that stuff is the bomb! Works like magic.

You can use the back of the sticker to remove some of the left over sticky crap too...
Just stick it back on and pull quickly, and the sticky will come off.(Not allways)

have fun trying to put them back on - talk about a pain in the ***, and the waste of money you will pay for new stickers. 45 bucks each for the side ones 25 for the rear.

Had I purchased the ITR rather than my GSR, the first 2 things I was gonna do was take the stickers off and put a GSR wing on... Long story on why I couldn't get an ITR...
My GSR 'DOHC VTEC' badge was on from the dealership to my house. It now lives on my tool chest.

They sell a Decal and Pin Stripe remover at your local Auto Parts Store. Careful with the Razorblade. After you apply the remover you should use rubbing compound and some wax to remove the haze.
Heating up stickers with dry should work fine. Be nice and gentle when peeling that **** off. Why get rid of the TYPE R stickers? Many RICERS would KILL for those AUTHENTIC stickers...
I have;
A hair dryer might be helpful but a heat gun is overkill IMHO.
We just picked at 'em and peeled 'em off on a hot sunny day. Then used some "AFTA adhesive remover." Be sure though to wash, dry, polish, glaze, and wax after the ahdesive remover is used, it tends to remove everything that protects the paint and will even remove the paint if Care is not used.
We used an old credit card to pry off the Red "A" badges and tape from the wing, And the AFTA to clean off after.
SleepeR's RULE!

PS and NO it doesn't roll on Volk's for daily use, just stockers. From a distance it looks like an LS... Badging is pure OEM stock silver
