Does anyone remember a thread that told you how to open the headlights and paint them?

Does anyone remember a thread that told you how to open the headlights and paint them?
I seem to remember an SI that did it only he painted them gunmetal and painted the whole assembly......but, inculded detailed instructions....I cannot seem to find that thread in the archives.
