Ok so I just took of my throttle body and seperated the FITV from it....now is there a problem with the valve, because when i shake it something inside just rattles around. Anyone have experience repairing this thing?

Oh and just incase the valve is fked, will this fit in its place?

Or could i just fab up a block off plate and get rid of the **** totally?

well im trying the easiest way first..just to clean and repair. I dont want to re-engineer something honda already did..so i found this plastic thing inside the FITV it was rattling around, but its got threads on it to screw into the side of the FITV housing. Then there was a spring loaded check valve inside a plastic basket housing. The basket housing looks like it should go into the plastic screw thing. Everything was dirty but a little wd-40 and some papertowels and now they are shiny like new. The thing is now when i try to put the checkvalve back into the housing the end plate wont go down all the way anyone know what this thing looks like on the inside when its put together correctly?

NVM I GOT IT...the guy who owned the car before me put the ****** in backwards!!! i hope this fixes my idle issue.

Fixed....car idles like new...
