Front License Plate
In my state we do not have front tags,the ITR came from a state that does require them...are there plugs or some sort of plate that came on them from the factory to cover up the holes ? or is there a aftermarket company that makes something that looks nice...Pictures would be nice also so i could get some ideas...thanks in advance guys

Yes. First, try asking at your dealer's parts department. Some dealers take them off when they sell the cars new, and they have a box of them sitting around. They might even give them to you for free.
Otherwise, any dealer can order them for you for around $5-6 bucks each. They're available for each of the colors that the Integra came in.
Or, you can order them from the usual dealer sources - go to the FAQ topic stickied at the top of this forum and look for the link to "Places to buy OEM Parts" on the first page of the topic.

exactly, my plate is actually just bent on the top and bottom, its screwed into the syrofoam behind the bumper on the top. i got pulled over one day because of it, the cop was just bored, in the end he gave me an altimatum, pay the 86 dollar fine, or do 20 pushups, i thought it was kind of weird, but i did the pushups.
