Unless that block has been sleeved, 82mm is bored past the allowed limit according to Honda..

i have builth 84mm GSR and LS-vtec Motors
with no Problem and ON STOCK SLEEVES!!!!!
SO FOR YOU people saying 82mm is too Much you need to CANCEL your membership from all HONDA FORUMS!!

1). I'm not claiming to be your parent. I'm stating the facts. The manufacture of the engine in question clearly lists the rebore limit at 81.25mm. There MUST be a reason. Your knowledge is obviously far greater then that of the Honda engineers.

2). I already am a parent. 4 kids to be exact. Thanks for your concern. Someday, you too will mature to the level where you can raise kids. Just make sure you know what you are teaching them.

Isnt the stock bore 81.5mm on a gsr???

No. All B series (minus the B20), start out at 81mm "stock". You can get pistons at .25 over. .25mm over is also CLEARLY listed as the boring limit in the Helm manual as well.

WELL this AIN'T no HELM built SHORT BLOCK
its Goes on PAST BUILD_UPs and wat WORKS BEST. i had 84mm B18C1 ALL motor that made 215WHP with JE pistons and ITR cams. That motor LASTED 3year in a daily driver and than sold the car with the motor. So please Dont TELL me about wat u read in HELM MANUAL and HOP OFF MINE ight.
