Default Questions on installing an HID kit.

I have a question. After getting a HID after market kit, how am I suppose to install it? I got the ballast, harness, and bulbs from a friend but he didnt have the instructions left. Im just wondering if anyones out ther that knows how to install it. Its a pilot Ballast by the way if that makes any difference. I just dont get where to put the black and red conductors to from the harnesses. Is there suppose to be a slot where i put it in? And I thought it was just plug and play.

Ooo and where would i find replacement HID kit bulbs?

The bulbs should go into the headlight like a normal one would. The wires from the bulbs should plug into the ballasts and that should be it. Biggest obsticale i came across was finding a good place to mount the ballasts.

Not sure if this will help much but you can kind of see how the wires go.

same with me, the ballasts where the only problem, I did them on a Jag S-type and it took about an hour and a half. good luck, you'll get it.
