26x8.5x13 M and H slicks

I was wondering if anyone has tried a 26 inch tall tire on a 13 inch wheel? If so what do you think? I am curious to hear about the feel and if the get squirly from such a tall sidewall.

It's no different than a 28" tire on a 15" rim.
