Default f22 verses a h22 vtec

i have a 1990 honda accord and i want to swap out my f22 and get a h22. is there a big problem with wiring going from a non vtec to vtec. and will it fit ok.

not really, there are a few wires you'll have to ad, but man, i dont wanna sound mean, but search before you ask these types of questions. this is one of the most common questions on accord forums.

Just as glamXXXrock said, do a search firts, actually... do many of them... and read until most of your questions are cleared.

If you get the engine, it should come with all the wiring as well, preferebly uncut.
All info for that are available in dozens and dozens of threads created regarding this.

No I think his technical answer is "search" and you will find your answers. There are many websites that will answer your questins especially for a 4 gen Accord. Try cb7tuner.com

The Accord FAQ. On this forum. Stickied at the top. Swap section. H22 swap into 4th gen.

http://www.cb7tuner.com look in the swaps section there. If you are looking for some more power out of the box then the H22 is for you. If you care more about it being reliable I would stick with the F series and build it. Later
